These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

RePleat Interiors is a UK-based business specialising in the resale of second-hand curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings, with optional alteration and relining services.

2. Products

  • Our products are second-hand or vintage unless otherwise stated.

  • Every item is individually inspected and described as accurately as possible, including any known imperfections or wear.

  • Curtains and Blinds are refurbished with a standard service as part of the purchase unless otherwise stated. Standard service includes re-lining with 100% cotton sateen lining and a rehemming with weights.

  • Standard Service commences only once your purchase has been completed, and therefore is subject to the lead time stated on our home page (this may vary seasonally).

  • Colours may appear differently on screen depending on device settings.

3. Alteration Services

  • Optional alterations can be agreed in writing in addition to your curtain or blind purchase.

  • Alterations are carried out by a professional curtain maker.

  • Once an item has been altered, it becomes a customised product and cannot be returned or refunded (except where faulty or not as described) but can be amended if required.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver within the UK (and internationally where stated).

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services.

  • Items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared and, where applicable, alterations are completed.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard items may be returned within 30 days of dispatch, provided they are in the same condition as sold.

  • Returns must be arranged by you and sent in suitable packaging.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Products that have been altered outside of the standard service or resized to your specification.

    • Items sold as “clearance,” “seconds,” or marked non-returnable at purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

  • In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or repair if goods are faulty or not as described.

  • Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you believe an item is faulty.

8. Care & Use

  • Many of our products are vintage or delicate. Care instructions (e.g. “dry clean only”) are provided where known.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect cleaning or handling.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the item.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (images, text, branding) is the property of RePleat Interiors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
